Full Employment for Teens with Autism Spectrum Disorders

DiverseAbility Teen works with families and schools to ensure that teens with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) achieve post-secondary employment rates on par with neurotypical peers. Through individual coaching with families and web-based workforce development curriculum in schools, we’re providing education and tools to achieve this goal.

We use a four-step research informed intervention called Supported Employment that has been proven the most effective workforce intervention for youth and adults with ASD. We value choice, control, inclusion and on-going supports.

DiverseAbility Teen strives to make our website and all of our resources accessible to all people. We welcome your feedback about how we can improve your user experience. Feel free to provide feedback on our Contact page.
