DiverseAbility Teen offers coaching for families who would like a Supported Employment Specialist to help their teen with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) obtain and maintain employment.

Coaching includes a four phase process: planning and discovery (average 10 hours), securing competitive employment (average 30 hours), achieving job stabilization (average 110 hours), and retaining employment (average 30 hours).

Coaching is provided at the family’s home, in the community and on the job site. All Supported Employment Specialists are certified by the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators. (www.acreducators.org)
